Objectives

A1) The main objective of the certified project of the European College BBS Wechloy with the title "Vorwärts in Europa und der Welt (short: VIEW) - ahead in Europe and the world" is that participants should get an immediate and direct impression of the world of work in our partner countries. Prior to this, technical competences were discussed with the receiving institutions, which were included in the learning agreements and documented in Europass Mobility. Participants should: - put their professional knowledge into practice abroad and learn new content (professional competence). - carry out an in-company comparison of the training systems of the participating countries. -cope with professional situations abroad (operational communication processes, business organisation, in particular information and material flow) - Acquire concrete knowledge for coping with everyday situations (e.g. use of the transport network, country-specific customs, e.g. shopping, leisure activities) -Gain insights into the operational workflows of the partner institutions. -Strengthen the ability to work in a team (assignment in different working groups/departments of the companies) -deal with other cultural realities -be flexible and open - improve their language skills A2) We compared the way international skills are taught with our partner institutions and worked in educational institutions with concrete information regarding curricular requirements, Materials and methods with regard to the "professional competence" to be taught. Our aim as a European School is to make our trainees "fit for Europe". We see ourselves as a multiplier for the idea of international vocational training, which enables future generations to work in other countries without major problems.

Background

A1) Using the foreign language confidently and reacting appropriately to socio-cultural behaviour are just as much project goals as acquiring a broadening perspective for the key competences for lifelong learning in accordance with the different competences and acquiring skills that strengthen not only professional, but also social and personal competence ("employability"). A2)What skills are expected of young workers in different countries? These were worked out in order to integrate them into the didactic annual planning (European curriculum) or to offer an additional qualification.
