With the help of the project, we wanted to continuously increase and expand the number of trainees participating in Erasmus+ mobility projects. Furthermore, we wanted to expand the group of people participating in mobility measures and increase the willingness of dual partners and companies to send trainees. Due to the "Brexit" decided in June 2016 and then implemented on 31st January 2020, we wanted to establish or expand cooperation with other European countries (France, Ireland, Spain). In addition, we wanted to set up further projects with our educational staff in order to get to know the vocational or school education field (IT, vocational training, internships) of other countries and to check to what extent successful methods/concepts can also be used here. This possibility of "job shadowing" should motivate colleagues to gain experience (professionally and personally). The activities around the Erasmus+ projects should be made better known and brought closer to our school community. Our continuous goal is to convince the participants of our school community of the good spirit of Erasmus+ and to make the programme accessible to an ever-growing group.
With the project topic chosen for the 2019 application "E-commerce B2B at trading and service companies" we adapted to the economic developments in the occupation-related commercial field at that time and thus addressed the new requirements regarding the advancing digitalisation for the learners. In particular, due to the worldwide Corona pandemic that has occurred in the meantime, the closure of locations and the increase in online business of many companies, this project has proved to be forward-looking in retrospect. The Erasmus+ trainees carried out a status analysis of the e-commerce activities in the training and internship companies, as well as a final presentation with a final analysis (status, differences, outlook). In a short video, the learners were also asked to interview a person of their choice in order to document the cooperation or togetherness with colleagues, flatmates or friends in the placement country. The learners uploaded their results with the help of the newly set up Moodle app and were thus able to make their content available to both the supervising colleagues and their fellow interns. In this way, communicative competences were to be trained in addition to digital ones.
