Learners had the chance to gain (first) professional experience in an international context. In comparison with their experience abroad they might have an influence on professional processes within their home company. They are supposed to strengthen their professional as well as intercultural competences but also soft skills like the ability to solve problems and to be independent. Staff also took part in European mobilities. They did job shadowings or participated in special courses. The gained international experience stregthens their professional and soft skills. By doing so they experienced what kind of positive influence their staying abroad has on the development of persononality. The target group of personal focusses on the internationalisation of personnel development and on the multiplying effect within the schools. Teachers are apt to initiate own European projects in their schools.
Based on the previous projects the objective of EUMUC 2019 is the continuation and further development of the Europeanisation of vocational education and training in Munich. With applying for European Education projects the unit IBK offers various VET institutions at the City of Munich (85) options and chances of opening up internationally and especially towards Europe. Doing this - educational institutions have the chance to send staff and learners abroad to strengthen their professional competences and to develop their personality.
