The objectives of the project were, on the one hand, the internationalization of vocational training staff at the OSZ Lotis and the OSZ Lotis institution as a whole by strengthening cooperation partners in other European countries and, on the other hand, the capacity to acquire international, foreign language and intercultural competences in order to improve the professional capacity and the employment opportunities of young people.
Mobility measures were aimed at: a) Berlin trainees in the dual system (tourism, taxes, logistics/freight forwarding) and (b) Participants: inside (TN) of the vocational training staff of the OSZ Lotis. The background is, on the one hand, the internationalisation of vocational training staff at the OSZ Lotis and the OSZ Lotis institution as a whole by strengthening cooperation partners in other European countries and, on the other hand, the development of international, foreign-language and intercultural competences in order to improve the professional capacity and the employment opportunities of young people. Despite the beginning of the Corona pandemic, we managed to send a total of 8 Berlin trainees (individually to Spain, Finland, the Netherlands, Ireland and Turkey) and 20 TN of vocational training staff (as groups to France, Greece and Finland and individually to Malta and Spain) using Erasmus+.
