Objectives of our project participation: 1.) Find new methodological suggestions and approaches regarding the concept of school through job shadowing/teaching. 2.) Enable a different way of thinking through the diverse international exchange. 3.) Promote openness to new things (experience new things, gain confidence, get questions answered). 4.) Improve educators' own language skills as a basis for successful foreign language teaching. 5.) Set an example of international exchange in order to bring the international idea closer to our children and parents' homes. 6.) Better preparation of students' transitions (kindergarten-primary school and primary-secondary school). 7.) Improving the methodological competence of teachers, especially modern teaching methods. 8.)The comprehensive consideration of the holistic character of teaching and learning processes, the consideration of the individually different potentials of students and educators as well as complex recognition of persons(students, parents and educators) and their needs. 9) Promote inclusion in education. 10) Further intensify the path as a European school. 11) Strengthen the psychological resilience of colleagues.
The primary goal is to help educators engage and motivate the multitude of foreign-born students and create a sense of international identity throughout the school. Create a sense of international identity throughout the school. By participating in the project, the colleagues at our school agree to initiate this path and thus enable the entire staff to follow it. These colleagues have to a large extent already participated in earlier internal projects. projects and can therefore contribute their previous project experience. Through participation in structured courses, job shadowing/UT, we want to achieve the goals listed above or come closer to them. Once the functionality of new forms of learning has been recognized, this also makes it possible to pass on the knowledge to colleagues who are not yet ready for further training.
