We want to be a school for all and come closer to our goal of educational justice and equal opportunities by - using the digital media available in our school in a versatile way in lessons: for information retrieval and processing, as a tool for presentation and word processing, as a learning programme for individual support and diagnostics. - learn to deal better with heterogeneity: For children with a migration background, we want to make the linguistic and cultural diversity visible, counter linguistic deficits, facilitate communication with children and parents from different cultures, show the children different ways to learn independently, offer individual help in case of learning difficulties and create a positive and effective learning climate. - Support the children in their personal development: We want to sensitise them to their fellow human beings, that they have understanding for each other, act independently and responsibly, act socially, treat each other with respect and tolerance. - learn from European countries, get to know their schools, teaching methods and teachers. - contribute to the improvement of teachers' health.
In the seminar "Use of Tablets" there was a lot of valuable information for teaching, for example on technical requirements, sensible media use suitable for everyday use, development of media concepts, data protection, maintenance and management of mobile devices, testing of numerous (learning) apps, .... . The seminar "Linguistic and Cultural Diversity" dealt with the topics of language biography, bilingualism, mother tongue, second language and multilingualism. Social learning" was about further development of self- and social competence, possibilities for action, playful ideas and teaching methods for social interaction. In the music seminar, practice was combined with theory, and the musicality of the teachers was improved so that music can become a daily routine. The course "Mindfulness and Meditation" introduced the technique and philosophy of mindfulness and the practice of meditation. The seminar "Tools for successful European Projects" dealt with structures of project work with European partners, the use of communication technologies in projects and intercultural communication. Existing basic knowledge of Spanish could be increased through this intensive course.
