All in all, we can say that this project should improve the quality of our school’s teaching and learning situation. Another aim is to empower our school’s international background and improve its international networking potential. Targeted cultural and face-to-face exchange can be used to urge our school to a future-oriented European school. Concerning to these points it is our aim to do more evolutionary steps referring to individualization, internationalization and digitalization. These steps should help our school to be prepared for future challenges in these parts.
The reasons for realizing this project refer to three central needs of our school. These needs have their origins in the results of an external evaluation and experiences made in Erasmus+ projects: Individualization Internationalization Digitalisation These three core themes have a strength connection to each other, so the only way to reach them is to use a connective strategy. The added value of the Erasmus+ programme could be discerned because of taking part in a few different Erasmus+ projects (esp. KA2). Our education institute wants to empower and extend one of its five focal points “International orientation: Europe”. These five focal points are defined in our school’s profile.
