In a globalized world and especially in a free-market Europe, it is essential that students are prepared for the needs associated with this. Above all, the change in regional labor markets toward a European labor market is responsible for the fact that the requirements for a modern school are changing. These include, in particular, advancing digitalization, good foreign language skills as well as intercultural skills for dealing with one another. In order to achieve this, it is essential to significantly improve the corresponding intercultural, foreign language and digital skills of the teaching staff. Above all, the intercultural skills of the teaching staff are crucial for a school to position itself as a school open to Europe. Building on this, we as an institution can sustainably implement the desired quality development of the school with regard to the European dimension.
