Objectives

The training courses should stimulate the participants to evaluate their previous teaching activities and provide them with ideas for new approaches to teaching and learning processes through the content of the courses and the exchange with European colleagues. The knowledge gained should also be disseminated to the rest of the teaching staff and thus enrich the school community as a whole. The main focus of the mobility activities was on the following areas: - School development and quality of teaching: Learning about innovative pedagogical and methodological concepts for improving the quality of teaching as well as highlighting proven strategies for successful inclusive schooling. - Foreign language and bilingual subject teaching: Further development of language and methodological competencies in foreign language teaching. - Use of digital media in the classroom: Supporting our school's media concept by providing pedagogical and methodological impulses for the meaningful integration of new technologies and media in the classroom. - Teacher health: Identifying coping strategies for dealing with the increasing challenges in everyday school life.

Background

The project was carried out to provide teachers at our school with mobility activities that would give them ideas and show them new ways of dealing with the ever-increasing demands of everyday school life. Participation in the training courses was intended to provide colleagues with valuable impulses to reflect on their individual teaching actions and to enrich their teaching with innovative strategies and methods. Future-oriented teaching development should be advanced in this way, preparing our students in the best possible way for future social and professional challenges. In addition to strengthening pedagogical, subject and methodological competencies, the project was also intended to stimulate exchange and networking with European colleagues in order to foster possible joint school projects and strategic school partnerships. The project continued and built on the long-standing work within the Erasmus+ activities at our school.
