The foreign language and intercultural competence of the teachers should be developed. Language courses should serve this purpose as well as job shadowing stays with future partner schools.
The project served to professionalize the school's teaching staff. The Dr.-Carl-Hermann-Gymnasium has been a European School for several years and has defined in the school program to stabilize and expand the activities in the EU.
