For internationalisation and to strengthen the European dimension of the school, project management competences for European projects, intercultural, foreign language and methodological competences of the staff should be improved in this project. In addition, further contacts should be established with foreign schools in order to plan new projects and develop intercultural and foreign language competences. Furthermore, this project should reduce the European scepticism of teachers and enable European experiences. Through the training opportunities for teachers, our pupils should receive better key qualifications for the European or international job market.
