1) Strengthening our profile by enhancing the European projects with the help of more language proficiency 2) Including young colleagues in the European projects to motivate the younger generation of teachers for European cooperation 3) Making sure that the European projects will be continued in the future by sharing responsibilities and by enhancing language proficiency 4) Improving the language competence of all colleagues 5) Improving the language competence especially for the bilingual subject of « virtual company » 6) Acquiring essential competences for the additional program for the students who spend their full day at school (for example for real- life pedagogic situations and the mountain bike group) 7) Getting to know interesting and nice people for cooperation in future European projects 8) Improving teachers’ health by passing on knowledge from the training course about teachers’ health to colleagues 9) Acquiring knowledge about the topic health which can be used in the KA2 projects «Your Health Is Your Wealth» and «Mind Your Health» 10) Improving the quality of counselling within the fields of « coping with stress, resilience and developing more self-confidence »
Our main goal was to strengthen our profile. Apart from the economic profile, it is important to us that the topic «Lehrergesundheit» (teachers’ health and well-being) is focussed on more. At our school we have a school counsellor and a school psychologist who also work in the team for maintaining teachers‘ health for the state. In order to carry out cooperative case advice, which is very important, more professionally, the school counsellor and another colleague took part in a training course which was offered by a psychologist specialized in health. Moreover, we wanted to strengthen our competence for internationalization. Therefore 4 colleagues took part in English language courses in England and Malta. These 4 colleagues are in charge of the ERASMUS+ school projects, the E+ professional training programmes and the excursion to important EU-institutions. Furthermore, we would like to enhance the offers made to the students who spend the full day at school. For that purpose, one colleague, who is in charge of the moutain bike group, would have liked to take a training class in Portugal. Unfortunately the agency charged the price but neither offered the class after the corona crisis nor paid back the amount already transferred.
