We intended to promote our colleagues' abilities and strengths in terms of their methodological and language competences. We wanted to establish ongoing partnerships and cooperations as well as strengthen our management competences.
We applied for this project to enhance our schools' European profile by shaping different school projects. The idea was not only to professionalise colleagues but also to enlarge our partnership programmes.
