The area of internationalisation is to be continuously expanded with the help of the KA1 mobilities with the aim of becoming a "European School". Through targeted participation in courses in this area, we want to fill the concept of learning and teaching with digital media with life. Teachers who have participated in mobilities should systematically share their knowledge with the staff, e.g. at school development days. By exchanging in English while participating in the mobilities, we wanted to improve or refresh the language skills of our teachers. The health of our teachers should be improved through participation in appropriate courses. In addition, multiplier effects should result. For this purpose, a school development day entitled "Teacher Health" will be held.
As our students are about to enter an increasingly changing world of work, flexibility and adaptability are required of them. In addition to vocational skills, they also need foreign language skills and the confidence to enter a European labour market. In order to be able to support our students in this respect on site or during a stay abroad, teachers also need the relevant skills. Furthermore, in the context of developing a concept for learning and teaching with digital media, our school has identified a considerable need for ideas on how to design and implement teaching concepts with the help of digital media. Since our teachers are increasingly reporting more workload and stress-related health consequences, we would also like to use professional course offerings in this area to strengthen teacher health.
