The goal of the structured in-service training was to train colleagues in the digitally supported area of our primary school, especially in the use of virtual school/learning environments such as Microsoft Office 365. As a school in the digital age, we understand that well-educated teachers in the use and application of digital tools and aids have been a fundamental instrument in the teaching of subject knowledge for many years. This can only be achieved through regular additional qualifications, which are necessary in the dynamic change of the digital age. Due to the rapid development of digitalisation, especially after the beginning of the pandemic, it was clear that we had applied for Erasmus mobility and training in exactly the right area with the objectives we had applied for in terms of content.
