With this project, we wanted to further build up our European network. We wanted to make new contacts in order to offer mutual support. We wanted to improve our school quality by improving the quality of teaching. Among other things, through greater involvement of different information and communication technologies. Motivated and healthy teachers should feel comfortable, feel good and grow together into a healthy school. Group workouts should be designed as part of an introductory program and implemented to improve teacher health.
This second KA1 mobility project was carried out by us to develop ourselves as a school. We are striving to build a European network. By enabling assignments abroad, whether job shadowing, internships abroad/teaching assignments or further training, motivation in everyday working life should be increased. Through this project, we wanted to improve our skills, learn new methods, try them out and improve the quality of our teaching. Information and communication technologies are constantly changing, we want to be one of the schools that go with the change and not "look behind" the change.
