We wanted to be good at the digitalization process at schools, that's why the exchange of ideas on that topic was essential. Here not only did the technical equipmennt of a school play a major role, but the question how to manage to fill gaps caused by the pandemic with the help of modern media. This way we wanted to take over good things and to make use of them in our lessons. Our aim was to offer our teachers further qualification courses in Europe in order to give them new ideas for their teaching and to widen their personal horizon, Those courses were meant for foreign language teachers, but also for teachers of all other subjects like history for example. A good basis for our key action 1 project is our network to partner schools in Europe from our key action 2 project at present. Here we wanted to give our teachers the opportunity via job shadowing to get motivation for their work and to include them as active partners for the continuation of our future school partnership programmes. That's why our teachers' qualification courses have always been a part of all our Erasmus+ projects and activities.
There are several reasons for the participation in this Erasmus project: Exchange of best practice examples and afterwards the introduction of good experiences and technical know-how, digitalization, to get to know all partner schools by our staff and the improvement of foreign language skills.
