The aim of the project is to supports youth entrepreneurship and self-employment as key for achieving smart, sustainable and inclusive growth; encouraging cooperation between different sectors; promote innovation and improve the overall quality of non-formal learning in youth work and youth entrepreneurship; The project includes two mobility activities: International training course and international seminar. Organize International Training Course • Develop entrepreneurial competences of trainers, youth workers in order to apply learning outcomes in their professional work in their organizations and countries, organize and run online + offline workshops, mentoring, and networking after this course • Learn, share and develop tools and methods in order to encourage and prepare young people to engage in еntrеprеnеurial activities and еntrеprеnеurial learning; • Gain and exchange еxpеriеncеs, best practices in supporting Start-Ups and good practices in the field of еntrеprеnеurial learning among thrее fields: formal Education and non-formal education and Work; Run workshops, online mentoring after the training course • Offer entrepreneurship education for disadvantaged young people; • Provide opportunities to learn, by providing start-up support, and by helping young ventures to grow; • Enhance the participants' active citizenship, creativity, and develop sense of entrepreneurship; • Provide information about Erasmus+; Organize International Seminar • Give a space to young entrepreneurs in order to promote their initiatives which they’re already done or which they will do; • Share experiences-successful stories and barriers they have faced; • Show needs of youth in their local society’s life; • Develop recommendations in Youth Policy; • Explore more about business plan, funding opportunities & managing finances, marketing, on-formal education..; • Become aware of different social and cultural realities, to learn from each other; • Discover the value of the Erasmus+ Programme as a tool for youth empowerment, employability and entrepreneurship. • Develop "Network of Young Entrepreneurs" During the project will be made a short movie about Erasmus as a symbol. The participants will talk about their experiences and what Erasmus+ gave to them.
