Our project was designed as an Erasmus + youth workers mobility. We would like to say again that we have worked and are going to work together with our partners at all stages. Our project is planned to last 8 months. The activities are between 27 of June and 5th of July (including travel days) With our project, we hope to make a big impact by working on the current issue of refugees. especially with our project we plan - To strengthen the understanding of inclusion and its challenges for young refugees and young people with migration background - To create strategies on youth work context to improve the quality of youth services which are develop for refugees and young people with migration background - To explore the role of youth work in inclusion strategies on educational services - To create and implement local activities on inclusion of young refugees and young people with migration background - To strengthen ties between people and organisations engaged in the field of youth work Also we want to implement - improved competences, linked to their professional profiles on refugee topic. - greater understanding of interconnections between formal and non-formal education, - better quality of their work and activities in favour of young people and volunteers; - increased ability to address the needs of the disadvantaged. Each activity is designed not only to achieve the primary objectives of the project but also to contribute to the development of key skills of the Erasmus+. The activities can be grouped in the following way: - Getting to know each other and setting the group dynamic: these activities will be realized during allthe duration of the training and especially will be important in the first days as we believe that a successful project can be implemented only if we have a good and united group. - Understanding refugees their lifestyles and the roots of this phenomenon: this is an essential part because without a deep knowledge of the project topic then the more specific sessions would be superficials and would lose value. So we will divide the participants in groups and through brainstorming we expect them to touch specific words as prejudices, violence. After their presentations trainers will give theoretical informations. - Sharing the practices in our countries. Discussing the issue in EU context; we will organize groups using tools like the open coffee and Group discussion. We expect from the groups to share the best practice from each country.
