Objectives

Since 2015, we have been working in the context of EVS project with 2 employment agencies on the subject of European youth strategy in comparison. Two Ukrainian volunteers were working on the topic that two Romanian volunteers had previously worked on. As part of our project, the present application will be treated as a regular network meeting and will also deal with the topic of "youth strategy" at the level of colleagues and decision-makers from the partner countries. Thus, one goal is to raise the topic of youth strategy in theory and, above all, in the practice of non-formal youth work to another level of project managers in the network. The project will be attended by colleagues from Ukraine, Belarus, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, and Germany. The network meeting will last for 4 days plus travel days. During the meeting in Oberhof, strategic content such as social inclusion, volunteering, participation in civil society, health and well-being as well as creativity will play important roles. These are all topics of our strategy. They were and still are the content of our projects, implemented for many years. Ultimately, it's about combining theory and practice with the regular network activities, that we practice since 2005. Furthermore, the Meeting should be used to convey new methods and concepts for the further implementation of meetings and projects in the ESK. This serves to enhance the competence of the participants. After 2018 a new youth strategy will be developed, possibly our highly experienced network can provide useful input as a result of the network meeting. The period of activities will be summer 2019. It is important for us that we accompany and document all learning and qualification results regarding the certification with the Youthpass process-inherently.
