Objectives

The participants collect a wide variety of experiences and acquire skills, especially in the field of non-formal education. As part of the project they are involved in the development of a simulation game and will be able to run this together with young People as participants. After the Exchange around 760 young people will be guided by the participants of the exchange-project as participants of the simulation game. This way the simulation-game-participants will deal with issues like sustainability and lifestyle. The results of the simulation games should be discussed together with local politicians, administrative representatives and environmental activists. In this way, the young people and their organizations are getting more involved in the political discourse at the local level. The participating organizations can now offer a new education tool, which will also be distributed more widely so that as many organizations, educators and interested parties can use the material. A set of materials will be developed that will be available in Serbian, Turkish, Russian, German and English. The aim is also to consolidate the cooperation of the four partners, to draw Attention to the importance of education for sustainable development in their own environment, to cooperate more closely with educational partners on the local Level and to expand their own pedagogical skills within their own organizations. The aim is to motivate and encourage the participants to continue to volunteer in educational Projects, Peer to Peer with young people. This exchange wants to contribute to international understanding and promote the intercultural competence of the participants.
