The project contributes to participation of young disadvantaged adults and focuses on their mobility in Europe and non-formal intercultural learning by young people with special educational needs. By taking part in the project the young people will be supported in overcoming the many barriers they face in finding employment. As all the participants are in the transition phase of starting their working life, the project will help them to develop skills and improve their chances of integrating into the world of work. Moreover the aim of this experience is the initiation of an intercultural learning process and the creation of an european consciousness. Within workshops the participants will be able to work on their own role in Europe and their opportunity to participate in society.
