Objectives

In order to raise capacity and efficiency of our NGOs we believe that is essential to have a proper and updated Strategic plan. As some of our partner organizations are newly established and as it is necessary that our NGOs are connected with the needs in our communities that can change, raising their ability of Strategic planning and producing a Strategic plan for them will increase the impact of our activities and projects on our local communities and beneficiaries. Strategic planning process provides an excellent opportunity to gather the views and wishes of the NGO’s managers, staff, beneficiaries, donors and other stakeholders. Even if not all approaches and views are not accommodated it provides legitimacy to the whole process. This participatory approach often has positive side-effects as team building and improved organisational communication. Participation in the Strategic planning process creates a sense of ownership, ownership encourages commitment and commitment to the strategy makes its achievement more likely. Objectives of this project is to empower our members and youth workers, raising their knowledge and skills level in the field of Strategic planning; to produce during this project 6 Strategic planning documents, one for each of the partner organization; to strengthen partnership between our organization and produce new projects on European level so we can continue to support each other, educate our youth workers and grow together.
