Through the realization of this project especially youth who do normally not participate in international exchanges should have this opportunity and thus will be positively empowered in their personal development - in regard of lacking professional perspectives because of non-existing or insufficient educational achievements. Within this project the youth will have the opportunity to get to know other people, ways and conditions of living. The youth will have space for an autonomous, critical reflexion with themselves and others, in order to foster intercultural learning, empathy and dialogue between people from different social and cultural backgrounds. Through this project, the participating youth can develope their personal, social and professional skills and be better prepared for living in a world of complex diversity. The aim of the project is finally to show the link between structures in society and personal lifes, to rise awareness of the own point of view and scrutinise it, to foster dialogue and to encourage and empower their participation in social life. Furthermore the young participants will exchange about personal experiences and possibilites of action, social visions and challenges by expressing creatively their own ideas, points of view, perspectives and thus actively participating in local communites.
