The aim of this project is to enable the participants a variety of new experiences. It is also about expanding their skills in the fields of education, project management and intercultural communication and bringing this know-how back to their organizations and their volunteer activities. During the exchange, the participants, together with their Group-leader, developed four workshops, each in a variant for children and also adolescents. The four participating organizations will use the developed Workshops in many ways in the Framework of their own educational activities. A goal of this project is also to develop the group accommodation of the mountain hiking organization Zezelj and its garden in a sustainable way. That way Zezelj can offer the guest Groups a holistic education program on the subjects of "Energy", "Biodiversity in the Garden", "Sustainable and Regional Nutrition" and "Environmentally Friendly Household." Another goal is to reach educators, representatives of environmental organizations and other interested people in the countries of the participants and beyond with the topics and Workshops. Two small brochures with the developed content in Serbo-Croatian, Ukrainian, German and English are to be published and widely distributed. The Serbian Mountain Hiking Association Zezelj want to make their own clubhouse a sustainable model project, and in particular to motivate the 44 other mountain hiking associations with their own group accommodation to follow their example.
