What prompted us to set up the project was a TCA training course in Warsaw in 2018, where the concepts of improvisation was examined by representatives of formal and non-formal education. It is believed that the synergy of the two educational approaches and improvisation concepts will provide a sensible framework for a youth project. The objectives of our project are inspired by the fact that our society is evolving towards diversity and school evolve at the same speed and in the same direction. We believe that varied perspectives and worldviews enhance our own understandings and constructs (both mental and social).Global competence development is not included in the school curriculum of the participating countries yet, thus non-formal methods have to be implied to equip our students with 21st century skills.
