With the project "Skills+" will explore how to develop our employability competences and even deeper- what are the new skills and competencies the employees need? For this purpose we set the following objectives: -to develop a better understanding of the new competences required by the employers -to create the optimal context for developing employability competences (problem solving, understanding own limits and strengths, self-confidence, tolerance, teamwork etc) -to create learning situations which stimulates the improvement of the hidden competences: creativity, curiosity and resilience. -to provide youth workers with practical tools to support youth they work with through a similar process -to reflect on their roles as youth workers in providing youth with better opportunities for their professional lives -to empower participants to take action in their own lives and in society by sharing methods, tools and instruments to be incorporated in a short methodology for approaching youth in developing their hidden competence -to provide space for participants to share their experience and to develop long lasting partnerships The expected learning results are correlated with the European occupational standard for youth workers. The project addresses employability and related competences in youth work and all connected issues by means of non-formal learning, based on participants experience, motivation, needs and learning objectives, thus we comply with the Objectives of Erasmus+ program connected to equity, inclusion, growth and more successful labor market integration.
