With the youth exchange, in order to stay in the description of our Project, we want young people to become the playmakers of their own lives and also to recognize that their own lives also include the corresponding environment, which everyone could define and change. The aim is to encourage young people to participate actively in society through the development of their own abilities and to think this not only nationally, but also internationally, because we all live on the same planet. This also includes another goal of intercultural understanding and exchange. We are not all the same, but we can still have the same goals and strengthen each other. However, the project is intended to deprive young people of their fear of their own future and to show them individual skills that can be decisive for everyday life and the shaping of their own personal future. Values such as democracy, but above all of solidarity and friendship, can grow and prosper in this encounter. This project includes equal opportunities for girls and boys, as well as the integration of socially disadvantaged, low-income young people.
