The teachers of 10iCampus will be able to develop a conscious view upon the coherence between different kinds of data used in a shared pedagogical and didactic teaching environment in class teams and in professional teams. These skills are improved when the teachers are trained to have a critical view upon their own teaching but also to have a critical view upon other teachers’ teaching through observations and feedback processes. When these skills also are used in an intercultural coherence across subjects, frontiers, and settings the international dimension and the Professional Learning Communities (PLC) at 10iCampus will have more new and more relevant dimensions. In short – the objective of this project is to improve the teaching and rethink the team work at 10iCampus.
10iCampus was/is challenged on their professional competences when it comes to subjects, classroom managements, evaluations, and feedback. In this context 10iCampus wished/wishes to qualify and make the daily cooperation between the teachers more effective, and therefore also strengthen the teachers’ possibilities for professional progress. Must all students succeed at 10iCampus then the normal school day must be a sign of an interaction between professional courses, project days and periods, where the individual student searches and tests his/her own wishes to prepare and be ready to choose the important youth education. Therefore, the teachers of 10iCampus have asked the following two questions: “How can we know that our students learn, what we want them to learn?” “What are the signs of lifelong learning, and what will we do as teachers?”
