Then flowingly, each team will go through a planning process lead by the task force group from the managerial side. In this process, the teams will work out: A plan for implementation of their subject cluster and perhaps extra curricula elements - Vision statement for excellent execution and implementation - Role and function chart be agreed in the team and in liaison with the other teams - A Training needs identification for the members of the team
The overall Tietgen organisation implements their internationalisation vision, herunder; Tietgen Handelsgymnasium makes a virtue of constantly renewing the options available to students, which has led to the present International development strategy for this department. The project is a help in in our work towards; - That our management and staff is recognised for an international "outlook" - That our students are inspired through an international "insight" - To provide our students, participants and staff with opportunities to participate in international activities both inside and outside the country. With the short term activities “warming things up” and the intermediate development objectives stated, Tietgen Handelsgymnasium sat out its next development frontier to offer a full study programme in English and thereby stay an attractive choice for young people and be able to attract international students. For this to be realised, the teachers and programme managers need to feel 100% secure with their capacities to organize and teach a programme in English. This has been backed through a plan of development and management.
