Objectives

There were three main goals with this project - in addition, of course, to improving the skills of a number of young people: 1. The experience gained, the procedures and contacts built up should be maintained and expanded and incorporated into the culture of the extended FGU institution and staff after 1/8 2019. 2. The CPL system built up over the last three years with the support of EU Interreg Danmark - Deutschland should be seriously tested as a foundation for Erasmus+ exchanges. 3. Efforts to integrate and, in particular, operationalise ECVET, now also into the FGU, should be continued and reinforced. In FGU, the legislator has placed even more emphasis on competency documentation and progression, among other things based on the NQF, which, like ECVET, builds on the Bologna Process. The exchanges so far have already given us practical experience with the tool, and on this basis both work needs to be done on it and knowledge of the system (it is still relatively limited) needs to be disseminated through its concrete application.

Background

We have experience and a long history of mobilities with our partners in Northern Ireland. We wanted to keep on with the good work in order to provide our students with opportunities. And to strengthen their professional and personal development.
