Objectives

Main aim of the project is to increase level of awareness of youth workers, to give useful tools, teach new methodologies and activities that will help them to make their local realities better, to lead their societies change towards peaceful civil society. To empower youth workers, so that they can empower other youngsters in their respective communities. Nowadays we often face discriminations based on religion, race, nationality and etc. Europe needs more cohesive and inclusive societies, to promote common European values, foster social integration, enhance intercultural understanding and a sense of belonging to a community and to prevent violent radicalization. Our Erasmus+ training course is an effective instrument to promote the inclusion of people with disadvantaged backgrounds, including newly arrived migrants. We aim to build civil societies with tolerance, to create a space where people with different backgrounds will live peacefully. Thus, This investment in knowledge, skills and competences will benefit individuals, institutions, organisations and society as a whole by contributing to growth and ensuring equity, prosperity and social inclusion in Europe and beyond. 1) Understanding of existing problems and its causes, exploring existing lines of tensions/conflicts in Europe. 2) Teaching young leaders useful tools and methodologies in order to reduce discriminatory and stereotypical thinking. 3) To have a space for young leaders to share their best practices of their local societies. 4) To involve young leaders from minority groups from various European and neighbor countries. 5) Strengthening partnership cooperation among European Union and Eastern Partnership countries and empowering EECA NGOs. 6) Creation of a network of likeminded organizations and individuals interested in further cooperation in the field of anti-discrimination and inter-cultural dialogue
