To promote EUC Lillebælt's internationalisation, according to the school's International Strategy Plan. Ensure that Erasmus+ mobilities should become an option in all the school's VET programmes; to promote quality in the individual education and strengthen students' international competences, language skills and intercultural understanding. Network expansion to find new business partners. Secure Erasmus activities within Transport and logistics and achieve more mobility stays for industrial and process operators. Strengthen the good cooperation with our partners. Ensure incoming and outgoing mobilities, in small groups with focus on quality, through stays from 1-8 people in the same subject, or smaller groups consisting of different subjects in matching companies. We expected to send 50-60 basic course students and apprentices in mobility stays per project year. We wanted to profile incoming and outgoing mobilities as part of the school's marketing of opportunities within VET, in order to improve VET image through communication and recognize cooperating companies and schools. We would invite the Local Education Committee for Smith- and Steel Constructions to Iceland to involve them in our Icelandic Erasmus+ activities.
EUC Lillebælt applied for the project as part of the work with the institution's International Strategy Plan. It is our intention that international activities, primarily in the form of Erasmus+ should be an opportunity in all of the school's VET courses. We would work on including mobilities for Transport and logistics, increase mobilities for process and industrial operators. Maintain and further develop our mutual cooperation with partner schools, expand our business network. Everything with a focus on developing and strengthening our educations and giving basic and main course students the opportunity to acquire skills of trade and social skills in authentic environments abroad. Make more OPU contracts. With staff, we wanted to continue the development of the already initiated cooperation with an emphasis on pedagogy, didactics and methodology. Give them opportunity to share and absorb "best practice". Relations support reciprocity and reciprocity is fundamental in most activities. Local Education Committee for Smith- and Steel Constructions was to go to Iceland to strengthen the project in mutual expectations, discuss the education structure, the future of the industry and discuss how we ensure quality in mobility stays.
