The Mobility activities were intended to support the following goals within TEC´s internationalization strategy. - open up the European Labour marked to our students, apprentices, staff and stakeholders - allow for personal and professionel development for the individual participant and TEC as organization - maintain a knowledge flow regarding European vocational education and training - enabling TEC to benchmark its educational and international quality with European educational partners and industry - provide a platform for welcoming staff and students into TEC - support and bridge to other parts of our strategy concerning KA2 projects, COVE preparation for 2021 and educational export
The project "Labour Mobility" was in its capacity of providing mobility for students, apprentices and staff intended as the foundation for TEC´s internationalization strategy. In a time where vocational education is not the first choice, where the Labour market is international, the technologies and digitalisation are running wild, and some political streams work against global perspectives nationally, Erasmus funding is of extreme importance.
