The purpose of the project is to enable lifelong learning and, through this, to develop the school as a whole, to support teachers in the implementation of innovative practices in teaching. The study migration project was intended to support the all-round development of people studying and working at the school, and the focus is on all the following topics, which result from the school's study migration development plan: 1)The integration of new technologies(including robotics, virtual reality, augmented reality) and digital technologies into learning processes and lessons. 2)Use of modern teaching methods and practices in teaching and learning processes incl. Supporting the development of a higher level of thinking in students of Boom's taxonomy - analysis/reflection, assessment/opinion,creation, critical thinking, problem solving and application of new learning - technology lessons result from gender-neutral learning groups. 3)Important interdisciplinary integrations used to popularize real and natural subjects, finding many STEAM learning principles through it. 4)Implementation of methods for enhancing cooperation and teamwork. To get to know different teaching methods, practical activities to be used in teaching.
The needs of the organization have been understood as how important it is for the development of the organization to expand international cooperation through new experiences. According to the school's development plan, attention had to be paid to the competence of digital technology, supporting the development of critical thinking, solving problems and increasing the ability to empathize. It was important to support such employees who know how to initiate, participate in and manage various cooperation and development projects.The school is guided by the existing procedure for organizing trainings, which takes into account the need for individual training of teachers as well as the holistic development of the organization, the output of which is the formation of a student into a self-directed person and where, during teaching, there is room for new competencies, multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary learning and dealing with students' questions and individual development. Through the project, we wanted to familiarize ourselves with different teaching methods, promote educational innovations. The international project increases learning and teaching motivation, improves foreign language and cooperation and communication courage.
