The goals and activities of the project were chosen in such a way that they were directly related and consistent with the school's development plan and goals. Every spring, all school employees and teachers analyze their self-improvement needs with a self-analysis measuring teacher professionalism, based on which a conversation with the management takes place. In order to ensure professionalism and self-improvement, individual training needs are jointly mapped and the possibilities of its fulfillment are analyzed. The study trips planned within the framework of this project, i.e. the training courses, were chosen by teachers and school employees based on their training needs, which is in line with the fulfillment of the school's general goals and priorities. The most important topics that teachers and school employees focused on in this mobility project were: development of digital competences, use of modern teaching methods, spiritual environment at school, integration of subject and language learning, and acquisition and practice of best practices.
