With the project " I discover the world vol 4", we wanted to fulfill the following goals: 1) development of professional knowledge and practical skills of teachers, introduction of new teaching methods and technology in curricula (especially in newly created curricula in the field of ICT, IT security specialist, network administrator, senior telecommunications technician). 2) development of cross-border cooperation and finding internship companies 3) development of team, cooperation. Under the most important activities of the latest ICT development plan, both internationalization and the readiness to participate in virtual competitions or the organization of international competitions in cooperation were mentioned. As a result of the study tour, they wanted to find new partner schools with whom to participate in the virtual competition or to organize it together. Until now, the field only had experience in organizing competitions within Estonia, but the desire is to become international. The goals of the students' mobility were: 1) increasing learning motivation 2) improving professional skills through mobility 3) development of social skills.
The priorities of Kehtna KHK's information and communication (ICT) 2016-2020 development plan were the development of learning infrastructure, improvement of learning quality, confirmation of its position in the landscape of vocational education institutions, and team development. Important activities in implementing the goals of the development plan were cooperation with companies and the network, organizing virtual competitions in the field of ICT, development of curricula and company practices, and internationalization. The project "I discover the world vol 4" focused on the field of ICT and supported the achievement of the priorities of the development plan.
