We wish to achieve a lasting relationship of cooperation and a broader understanding of organizing an event from scratch. Our goal is to have both of the councils' members have a more open-minded view on taking on responsibility and for it not to be scary for anyone. We wish to form a plan for organizing an event and test it's effectiveness by following it through in both countries. In addition, our goal is to develop entrepreneurial behaviour and courage to take on the responsibility of organizing an event in all of the participants. We wish to make the planning and organizing processes clear for everyone and make working in teams a familiar habit for everyone. Through making a plan for organizing an event and testing it ourselves we wish to create a easily-followable guide for many different types of youth organisations who can find it helpful regarding the organizational side, social media implementation side or teamwork dynamics side. Another habit we wish to create in the participants is to work under time limitations and due dates. From the discussions held during the Youth Exchange we wish to gain insight into the problems of both environments and to understand the youth in those environments better. This is a key element in our work being more successful as we resume. The similarities of both Viimsi and Seltjarnarness offer to give valuable insight for participants and the mentors of the wishes of the local youth and ways to be more accessible to them.
