Objectives

Our school wanted to give Erasmus mobility experience to all who were interested in getting new experiences in their profession and grow personally. This project helped to give students these experiences. We also tried to give students a wide range of country and company possibilities to choose where to go to the internship. There were 15 countries where students went to practice. Students who went after graduation could search for their own companies where to go. One aim of our internationalization plan is to develop our partner's list and in this project, there were many new companies and two new countries - Spain and Malta, who welcomed our students. Spain became most popular country during this practice, because after first Covid year, Spain was first country who opened up and was ready to welcome students again. When we applied for the project there were no glues about pandemic, that would hit us in the middle of the project. That's why we needed to extend the project deadline.

Background

Tallinn School of Service has Erasmus+ charter and this project was based on the school's internationalization development plan. The project was planned and carried through, with an aim to give students and teachers the possibility to study in Europe, to develop their professional and social skills. To give students a work experience in Europe and to raise teachers' awareness in their profession. We also wanted to invite experts to our school and managed to welcome two experts.
