We apply this project because we need to implement the goals set in the school's development plan and international strategy.
The main goal of the internationalization strategy of the Pärnumaa Vocational Education Center is to develop the internationalization process and create conditions for providing competitive modern education and the skills and experience of working in an international environment to all students and employees of the school. The goal was that during the year, at least 10% of the school's students and at least 30% of the school's employees will participate in mobility. The goals of mobilities were: 1. Improve professional knowledge, skills and competences and ensure that they meet the needs of the Estonian and European labor markets. 2. To determine participants' theoretical knowledge and skills thoroughly into practical tasks and activities. 3. Support the key competences, social skills, attitudes and personal qualities. 4. Increase learning, work motivation and competitiveness of participants. 5. Enhance the quality of teaching at school. 6. Contribute to the equal VET education principles through the usage of ECVET in Europe.
