Implementing this project we expect teachers to get ideas for the use, advantages and disadvantages of using games in the teaching process, to discover the types that can be used to support learning and communication and to find ways for their safe and responsible use. To be informed about the role, goals and benefits of out-of-class education, to consider ways of integrating activities and programs, short or long-term, out of the classroom, in all areas of the curriculum, in combination with age and students' abilities to get in touch with educational programs applied in museums, archeological sites, environmental centers and places of cultural interest. Finally, to exchange knowledge, skills, ideas with colleagues from the rest of Europe, but also with institutional training centers, thus enhancing their professional development by applying innovative and attractive methods, promoting a pedagogy that meets modern needs in today's world.
