Objectives

With the elaboration of our program we would like to achieve the following goals: - To have a deeper understanding of the administrative issues and functions of education: - To become more effective in dealing with administrative issues. - To improve the creative-constructive relations between colleagues and students. - To cultivate a climate of trust between those involved in the school unit. - To identify in time and anticipate problems that can be addressed administratively - To know the role we need to play as teachers in the decision-making process - To be trained in new technologies and teaching practices applied in other European schools - To apply innovative teaching practices and to disseminate the acquired knowledge in the educational community.

Background

The complexity and diversity that characterize modern societies as well as the rapid socio-economic developments affect the educational systems but also the school life of teachers, students and parents-guardians. The effective administrative practice of a school unit depends on the ability of the management to create, direct and implement targeted actions in a collaborative climate. Identity is a multifactorial concept and a dynamic social phenomenon. The purpose of the KA1 program we proposed was to have an exchange of views in theory as well as in practice, in order to support our student groups belonging to special educational groups and / or in vulnerable cultural / economic environments (refugees, family environment with low educational level) with the broader goal of integrating and socializing them in the local and wider social environment. A second goal was the management of crises that concern on the one hand the head of the school unit and his relations with the teaching staff and on the other hand the relations of administration - teaching staff - students - family.
