The aim set was to improve the working conditions of class and school in a spirit of cooperation, mutual acceptance, respect for diversity, and equal opportunities for all, increasing the efficiency of teachers and improving the performance of all students, regardless of their economic, social background, nationality or learning and other difficulties.
The application for the European Development Plan entitled "A School for All" was submitted after findings made regarding the need to place into the center of school life the principles of inclusion, equal opportunities for all, and the principles of intercultural education and cooperation within the school environment. The requirements were the maintenance of a positive school climate, cooperation, and teamwork among the members of the school community.
