Our objectives were the following: - To get to know techniques, in order to develop motivation and integration in school of the weak students. -To get tools who will contribute to the self-esteem of the students and to their engagement in the educational process. - To watch ways who would contribute to the collaboration of teachers - students and their families. - To learn techniques in order to understand a priori the students' drop-out and the teachers' burn-out. - To share experiences about how to manage a class. - To develop skills such as creativity, critical thinking and metacognition. - To motivate our colleagues -To explore different aspects of our identity and to compare them with the multiple identities of our european partners. - To learn the educational system of other countries. - To come close to other cultures. - To seek for partners for future programs.
- Living in a multicultural environment, we are interested in the european perspective of our school. - As teachers, it is our duty to teach our students understanding; tolerance and respecting diversity. -We also feel the need to get better to our work and role, to gain new techniques and tools, so that we can motivate our students who have less opportunities, to integrate them in class socially and to reduce the early drop-out rates. So, we thought that our school needs participation in european programs who will give us the opportunity to: - european perspective development of our school unit and management of the multi-cultural environment we all live - getting tools and good practices who will reinforce the self-confidence and metacognition of the teachers, in order to do teaching more attractive to students with low grades and without motivation. -Finally, to communicate with european partners with the ambition to cooperate in future programs.
