Objectives

The need for staff training has been identified in order for the school to meet the modern requirements regarding the educational process. The changes that are taking place require the vigilance of teachers and the upgrading of the educational process. Through the expected new teaching approaches, the school looks forward to promoting democratic participation, shared leadership, inclusion, freedom of speech and the promotion of democratic dialogue. Participation in international activities aims to strengthen the European profile of the school, with an obvious impact on its student population. Recognizing the benefits of implementing digital games in the classroom, exploring assessment strategies for game-based learning, discovering strategies to enhance students' motivation and creativity through games, creating lesson plans based on digital learning and the use of new technologies in teaching such as Augmented Reality can significantly enhance the interest of students and consequently the achievement of the goals (educational, teamwork, social etc.) of our school.

We also wanted to adopt new teaching techniques (such as inverted classroom, project-based learning, distance learning, collaborative learning) and involve students in active learning - in order to create a healthier classroom environment, to overcome language barriers and prevent conflicts before they occur. At the same time the pursuit of the school was: -Discovering the use of didactic and pedagogical approaches to embed digital media in the cognitive object of each teacher. -Use of modern sources and applications to arouse interest, satisfy students and reduce student dropout The need for staff training has been identified in order for the school to meet the requirements regarding the educational process.
