The main goal of the program is teacher training and acquisition skills and competencies specializing in the use of ICT and consequently in new ones technologies, in the new didactic methods of utilizing the internet (web 2.0) and tools to reduce the digital divide with students, to make them able to create digital lessons, notes and lab exercises and finally to increase students' interest in the learning process, mainly affecting the methods and in the organization of teaching.
Recognizing the modern challenges and demanding conditions prevailing in the labor market, taking at the same time the needs of our school unit we recorded the positives, the needs but also the obstacles that exist in its efficient operation: - Highly specialized teaching staff. - Trainees with a great desire for learning, work and social integration. - Cooperation relations with distinguished bodies abroad. - Reduced Student Interest in the Classical Educational Approach Recognizing the multiple benefits of information technology in education, we designed a development program, based primarily on staff mobility actions, with the aim of acquiring skills and competencies, specializing in the use of ICT and consequently in new technologies, new teaching methods of using the internet (web 2.0) and its tools, in order to reduce the digital gap with students, to enable us to create digital lessons to increase students' interest in the learning process.
