Our goal was to train a group of teachers of the School, who in turn will act as multipliers of new knowledge and experiences to the rest of the teachers of the School. The training of teachers was aimed at introducing innovations to the School, enriching the educational process with new methods and teaching approaches with an impact on the learning results achieved by the students of our School.We also aimed to improve the language skills and cultivate the intercultural awareness of the participating teachers. Finally, another goal of ours was to promote the opening of our school both to the local community and to the international community by strengthening transnational collaborations with other schools and promoting its internationalization.
We applied for this project with the aim of making our school a learning community, open to new ideas and innovations, which will create an attractive learning environment for students and build a relationship of trust with parents. But the success of the innovations depends on the attitude and acceptance of the teachers, so we thought it was their training. As leaders of change through new experiences, they can transmit their knowledge and experience to other members of the educational community, develop initiatives for innovative proposals that will improve the quality of the education provided.
