The main objectives of the European Development Plan are: - The deeper understanding of the cultures of other European countries, with emphasis on the cultural links between its countries. - Designing European-oriented curricula promoting democratic values and fundamental rights and active European citizenship. - Improving the quality of education and curriculum by introducing innovative methods and good practices in teaching methods from other European countries. - Increasing the interest of teachers for collaborations and participation in international programs e-Twinning and Erasmus KA2, with students as active members. -Enhancing knowledge of European consciousness and understanding of Europe 's cultural links, through cooperation and action with partners in the eTwinning platform and the KA2 programs. Individual goals are to improve teachers' skills in the use of foreign languages and computers.
The vision of the school is to create a community of teachers and students open to the modern world, creating a modern school that will collaborate with schools in Europe, will exchange ideas and practices, will think of Europe as a big village through which one can be active and develop as a human being and as an active citizen. For this purpose we applied for the training of staff in two key areas. On the one hand, for the deeper knowledge and understanding of different cultures of Europe and their links. On the other hand, for innovative teaching methods that promote critical thinking and stimulate students' interest in the lesson.
