These youngsters are more likely to drop out if they are not included in the school. In order to be able to offer to these youngsters, we must use other ways of teaching than the teacher-centered that prevails in the Greek reality in order to facilitate learning. According to the European Development Plan of our school, the participation of teachers in transnational activities and networks is a powerful tool that can lead to the achievement of the goal of acquiring specialized knowledge and skills, in the global knowledge of daily practical topics, and programs in general. applied in respective schools in European Union countries, while also giving them the opportunity to feel part of the wider European educational community. After analyzing the profile of our school teachers and taking into account the training opportunities for the administration and the teaching staff, the school teachers decided to develop an application for transnational education action, "PRIdE: Promoting Inclusive eDucation and training in school" for upgrading their skills and knowledge into effective practices in the context of non-discriminatory education and the promotion and promotion of common values.
