Objectives

With the training plan we implemented, the schools that participated in our consortium sought to give the participating teachers of the consortium schools the opportunity to acquire certified and recognized knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of coaching and mentoring so that they can cope with the demands concerning the Adviser Professor as described in the program "A new beginning in EPA.L. - M.N.A.E". Specifically, we planned as a consortium but also as members of the consortium individually to: a) incorporate modern counseling methods for students b) create supporting structures and services such as the consultant professor c) prepare the professors who will participate in the program "A new beginning in EPA.L. - M.N.A.E" d) fight the phenomena of early school leaving and combating school failure d) capitalize on the acquired knowledge and skills that will be achieved by applying the job shadowing/observation technique so that other teachers can observe the impact of the method in the classroom e) through the dissemination of the results, the skills and experience that will be acquired during the proposed mobility period to be integrated not only by the members of the consortium but by all the educational staff of the wider area of Thessaly f) strengthen the international profile of the schools by creating strategic partnerships and knowledge alliances
